Ingredients- 1/4th cup of apple juice, 1 apple diced, 1 full cup of oats, a pinch of cinnamon powder, one cup of low fat or skimmed milk, water.
How to get started?
- Take water (approximately half a cup) in a saucepan and add the diced apple, apple juice to boil the mixture.
