Three easy ground beef dinner recipes

BBQ Beef Casserole:

Ingredients:

  • Lean ground beef - 2 lb
  • ½ Medium onion (chopped)
  • Pillsbury - 1 can - refrigerated dinner rolls
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sea salt

Preparation:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a skillet, cook 2lb lean ground beef over a medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add sea salt, medium onion and cook for 3 minutes till beef and the onion is cooked.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and add barbecue sauce. Stir 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  •  Place the dinner rolls over the beef mixture, tucking in all the sides.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Mini Beef Ten Minute Taco Boats:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 package - Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
  • Old El Paso Taco Boats - mini soft flour tortillas

Preparation:

  • In a skillet, cook beef for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir frequently and add taco seasoning mix until everything is cooked.
  • Heat the taco boats according to the direction given on the package.
  • Stuff the beef into the boats.

Grilled Double-Double Sliders:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated crusty French loaf
  • American Cheese (4 slices, cut into pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed
  • Pickles, mustard and ketchup

Preparation:

  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Remove the dough from the can. Cut it into pieces and place it on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake it for 16 to 18 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, add beef and other ingredients and shape into patties.
  • Place the patties on the grill and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and place the cheese on top of each pattie.
  • Place each pattie into a fresh baked bun.
