Three “no-bake” cookie recipes

It is generally thought that cookies can only be prepared by baking, but this is a false concept. If you are think it is difficult to bake the cookies or you don’t have enough time, then you can choose any another way to prepare cookies. Here are three no-bake cookie recipes:

The easy “no-bake” cookies

2 cups white sugar

1/4 lb. of margarine

3 tbsp. cocoa

3 cups of quick oats

1-2 tsps. Vanilla

These cookies are really very easy to prepare. Put butter, cocoa, milk, and sugar in a saucepan and boil. Add 2 tbsps. Peanut butter and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed and melted together. Remove pan from the stove and add oatmeal and vanilla. Stir well and drop by teaspoon on wax paper and allow it to cool.

No-bake Penuche cookies

3/4 cup chopped pecans

3 cups quick cooking rolled oats

1 – 2 tsp. vanilla

2 cups brown sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup milk

Combine milk, sugar, and butter in a saucepan and boil. Take it off the burner and add all the other ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. Cookies will set as they cool.

No-bake Chocolate Macaroons

6 tbsps. Cocoa

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

3 cups quick oats

1 cup shredded coconut

Boil cocoa, butter, milk, and sugar for 2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over oats and coconut in a large bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper and cool.
